1. The connection axis of the bracket and the bracket, as well as the balance shaft shell of the balance shaft and the bracket, all adopt interference fit, and use cold pressing technology to assemble the two brackets together. Additionally, a positioning pin is embedded at the connection point between the bracket and the connection axis to eliminate relative rotation between the two brackets.

2. Based on market conditions and personal experience, comprehensive optimization is performed on the bracket to ensure that there are no stress concentration points. It also avoids potential interference during the assembly process.

3. The interior of the suspension uses a high-strength double-seal structure to ensure that there is no oil leakage at the balance shaft shell.

4. The diameter of the balance shaft is increased from Ф110mm to Ф121mm, enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the suspension.

5. The internal structure of the balance shaft shell is changed from rolling bearings to sliding bearings. This reduces the weight of the entire assembly and avoids vibrations of the balance shaft shell under heavy loads.

6. The contact area between the balance shaft shell, the end nut, and the oil seal ring uses a double wear-resistant washer structure, and a lubrication oil channel is designed on the washer to ensure sufficient lubrication, reducing wear on the balance shaft shell, oil seal seat, and nut.

7. Through scientific calculations, the contact angle of the sliding bearing is controlled between 60 degrees and 90 degrees to extend the service life of the sliding bearing.

8. Based on actual conditions, a 3# lithium-based grease with a smaller cone angle is used as the lubricating medium.

9. The locking method of the balance shaft has been changed from the old thrust plate type to a new double nut locking structure, avoiding the defect of overall suspension failure due to the breakage of the thrust plate bolt. Additionally, a special device is added between the large nut and the balance shaft to eliminate the risk of suspension damage caused by nut loosening.
